Double overlapping platinum hotspots have yielded 60% platinum asteroids. If you can deal with the flashbang flying in, I usually will visit Martin Enterprise upon entering the system to refuel and restock on limpets. Can fill my T11 cargo hold and refinery within about 15 or 20 minutes when dropping into the asteroid belt.
